I'm sure RuneScape gold individuals have realized that by now, however, the candy cane from the Christmas event has reasonable offensive and defensive stats. Obviously it can't harbor enormous statistics given its requirements, but it currently ranks up there in a few aspects for free play items. Obviously not the best, but the strength bonus ranks over that of the iron scimitar, making a viable 1 strike weapon for free players. This also makes it the 2nd greatest holiday weapon behind the scythe.

So what exactly does this mean? Can jagex want to start making semi-useful holiday items? They have hinted at that, stating"To an extent, so I believe us developers (and gamers ) must accept that vacation things will not ever be the most-used items in the game, but it does not mean that they should be written-off as useless." Would you like this idea, or do you just need a cool looking thing that you could wear when skilling?

I enjoy this as it gives new players a reason to fill out the holiday events. I recall when I started runescape I did not find a reason to visit the easter event, following all the ring was futile, and the good training spots were virtually empty all the sudden. If I knew that they might be a bit useful I would have gone there. Looking back, its a shame I did not as I believe the egg ring among the best rewards. I have been wondering what other people think (or hope) rumoured upgrades such as Acheron or even the Eastern lands would be. So read my remarks then place your own.

Acheron - I"m hoping this will be like a large-scale Barbarian Village, in the simple fact that at Barb. Village folks help out each other. (fishers give to stoves, stoves give to fighters). I am presuming it will be fairly big. It could have a port of entry and hunter outposts, which would be the sole places resistant in the freeze result (frostbite sets in and hurts you, special clothes delay timer until it places in.) . You can track big game such as mammoths and saber tooths all over the continent and take them down. Fishers could fish special fish which are just from the chilly northern waters. The clothing (made from mammoth fur) would be degradeable, inducing crafters to be very significant and keep goods flowing. Lighting a flame and standing near buy RS3 gold could also reset the timer till frostbite. Special artic trees will be dotted around the continent. Penguin patrols would be a continuous menace. Special ores might also be found.
